My heart
hurts,
Like the
cuts
on my body.
The ones
on my thighs
done out of spite.
The ones
on my arms
thought to be
deserved.
All made by
me.
People tell
me not to.
But I can't
stop.
It's the reason
i'm not
gone.
But I
hide in
shame.
I hide my
flaws.
The ones
that say
I can't be
around you,
or anyone else.

Alright, I hope you’re okay!
I really like the visceral feel of your poem. The way you use alignment really draws the eye along. Also that there are different reasons for different cuts. That’s… a sad truth that I didn’t know about.
Also the “thought to be deserved” really hurts, the thought alone ☹
Also this:
That’s so raw and sad. (Also, shouldn’t it be “I’m” not “i’m”? ^^° I think it fits tho, bc it kinda makes the narrator feel small with this admission)
OH and I never really thought that they could mean this: Overall I’m really impressed, feeling emotional now @.@
This made me kind of sad. It's kinda pretty though. And this is a horrible truth for some people. I like it.
Wow. This is an amazing and raw poem. I was instantly drawn in. Firstly, by sight, the way the letter spiral down astounds me and I find it very creative.
Secondly, "My heart hurts like cuts on my body" that was an incredible line.
Like, bro.

Chefs kiss man.
Anyways, I digress. I noticed that all of the words 'my' and 'me' are in itallic, and that emphasis, that stress suggests to me that the narrator is blaming themselves, taking personal accountability for these scars, for their actions and for their insecurities.
Additionally, when the narrator says "It's the reason i'm not gone." that was very raw and emotional, that all the scars are the things keeping the narrator. Whether keeping the narrator alive, or keeping the narrator sane I do not know. But what I do know is that this is an amazing poem.
Good job!
Also, just saw the title. Like I said;
Chefs kiss.
