Thanks to you,
For once, I’m happy.
Completely, unequivocally, happy.
I’ve never felt this happy in my entire life.
Thanks to you,
For once, I’m loved.
Completely, totally loved.
I’ve never had anyone love me in my entire life.
Thanks to you,
For once, I’ve cried.
Completely, joyfully cried.
I’ve never had a reason to cry for joy in my entire life.
Thanks to you,
For once, I’ve lived.
Completely, fully lived.
I’ve never lived so fully at any moment in my entire life.

I can deffinitely relate to this, it's really beautiful and I like it a lot. If it were my poem, I probably wouldn't change a thing. I didn't find any grammar mistakes, but I'm not great at that stuff so I probably wouldn't have seen anyone. Anyways, good job and good luck on future writes.
Thanks guys. I can honestly say I've never been this happy in my life.
Also, I changed the "Thanks to you" from the end of the stanza to the beginning. Rereading it, it sounded like she was the reason I wasn't happy, crying for joy, etc. Now I think it feels more like she's the cause of my happiness, joy, etc.
This was written really well. It sounded so full of happiness. Reading things that are happy, which I rarely ever do, makes me happy. Wonderful job.
This is beautiful. Simply beautiful. I'm sorry... I'm not very good at writing poetry, so there's not much I can do to help you fix it. Of course, to me it doesn't need fixing!

Cheers,
Luxe
