Crazy Barbie Dolls

Hiya barbie.

Hi Ken!

Wanna go for a ride?

Sure Ken!

Jump in!

Listening to the high pitched singing by Aqua, I try to concentrate on Mrs McGee's homework assignment; write a short story based on a song. Unfortunately that song was drawn from a biased hat, and guess what I got. That's right, the most infuriating song in the history of music. That might be an over statement I suppose, but at this moment, I don't really care.

I had listened to the screeching for the past 10 minutes, over and over, and I'd only come up with two sentances.

I hate this song. I hate this song.

I figured something had to happen at some point, some stroke of genius would have to come; but my mind had remained blank. Tearing the page off the refill, I screwed it up and threw it into the bin. I picked up my pen, and pressed play again.

Hiya Barbie.

Hi Ken...

I put ink to paper, and begin to write.

My life is fantastic. Every day, I wake up from my beauty sleep, get dressed in my stunningly gorgeous clothes, and show them off to all my friends. They don't mind, because they're my best friends...

"No way," How stupid is that?!

rrrriiiippp...scrunch..."Down the hole!"

Try again...

The band plays screeching music in my ear, the high-pitched singing rings through my brain, tearing at my fragile cells...

"Nope, that won't work," Where did that come from, I wonder?

rrrriiiippp...scrunch..."Bullseye!

Let's go again...

He pulled up beside me, offering me a ride. How could I possibly refuse? I needed a lift. Jumping into his car, I smiled sweetly at his handsome face...

"Blyarghk! That's depressingly corny!"

rrrriiiippp...scrunch..."He shoots, he scores!"

I sigh, this will never work. I can't write this. The process of writing it would probably be more interesting than the actual story.

And then the lightbulb shines.

This is my last attempt, I swear...

Hiya, Barbie.

Hi Ken!

Wanna go for a ride?

Sure Ken!

Jump in!

Listening to the high-pitched singing by Aqua...

Hope you like this Mrs McGee!

i hate the song too. a universal thing perhaps?

Uh.. male/female? it doesn't really matter too much i guess. Though it might be a bit funnier if it was a guys point of view

Haha that's funny! I hate that song, too. I tend to listen to a lot of different types of music, but Barbie Girl is just plain stupid.

Moving on...

Pretty funny story, though.

"He shoots, He scores!"

Lowercase on the second "he."

That's about it. Good job and keep writing. :D

Barbie girl. Why was it made? The answer is plane and simple. Satan thought one day, how can I make earth worse? The answer, Barbie Girl. That's right kids, Satan can corrupt, and Aqua is case numbero uno.

Anyway, good writing. I liked it.

Ha ha, I can't stand that song either. All in all, this was very hilarious. I love the term ,'biased hat.' I have never heard it before, and I adore the way you made it up and made it work for you.

Haha! I used to love that song when I was younger. Now I can't stand it!

I hate this song. I hate this song.

Soooo funny!

Unfortunately that song was drawn from a biased hat, and guess what I got.

Biased hat? I don't really get what you're saying.

"No way," How stupid is that?!

rrrriiiippp...scrunch..."In the hole!"

Try again...

I think this should be,

"No way." Rrriiippp... scrunch... "I think this should be in the hole."

Or, I'd just put something different, because it doesn't sound very good.

There are a few puncuation mistakes and such that can be easily fixed. Overall, this is really good. Really funny!

Hahahaha that was cute and refreshing! Very well written. Was this an actual assignment??
