I'm not sure about the elements of poetry, but I know that it lacked a meaning...besides that of the circulatory system (which isn't all that moving) and...it had no symbolism, imagery, nothing really to spice up this poem that already lacks something profound.
No I did not get it from gray's anatomy
I wrote it myself
What are the elements of poetry anyway?
because i have never been taught anything about that
Sorry if it was not to your liking

Swottielottie,
Did you pull this from Grey's Anatomy (the text, obviously)?
Besides lacking all elements of poetry, it is generally bad. Poetry is more than a collection of linebreaks.
Try again.
Take care,
Brad
