All that I do I do for you. What my life was like before you I can't remember. I don't know why I do these things or even why I'm writing this. I just am.
You're the reason for my mood swings. My newfound confidence. My laughter. My tears.
You're the reason I stay up all night waiting for the phone to ring so I can hear your voice.
You're the reason for my stubbornness. My compromise. My peace. My fears.
You're the reason I download love icons and write bad poetry. Why I haven't slept in three days and don't feel a bit tired.
Just for a smile from your face. A laugh. Just to hear your voice I'd do anything. Say anything. Promise anything and keep that promise. I'd fly to the moon and back for you if I could.
I keep this to myself and write this for the world to see because no one knows your name. But I carry your name with me. I carry it in my heart.

This is a very sweet poem that I'm sure we can all sympathize with. I must say, though, that the topic is a bit overused, and some of the phrases could be done without.
This phrase is a bit stereotypical, especially if you've seen the Christmas movie, "It's a Wonderful Life." It could be replaced with a phrase something like, "I'd fast for a month and walk the Sahara for you." You know . . . something that you, yourself made up.
This is a very original line with a lot of meaning. Definitely keep it, although the "but" could be taken out.
Read your poetry aloud, add some commas, and this will be wonderful!
