In Autumn's Blind Embrace (Found Poetry)

Found Poetry...it's something I like to do when I have writer's block, which I have currently. Wikipedia says, "FOUND POETRY is poetry created by taking words, phrases, and sometimes whole passages from other sources and reframing them as poetry by making changes in spacing and/or lines (and consequently meaning), or by altering the text by additions and/or deletions." The one I made here has been taken from various Dance Gavin Dance lyrics, and I've made alterations to suit tense/etc. In the spoiler is what the poem looks like if the lines were separated by song, rather than where I choose.

Spoiler! :
I've been reading lies
Reciting words that I never meant to write
But words don't write themselves

This candid smile is worn down, lying to suit the mood.
I feel like I've got nothing left.
Oh, there's only so much I can take.
I don't know why I fight for you this way.
That's how I feel about love, that it's not worth it.

Why do I bother praying?
No one believes me.
Sometimes I can't believe myself.

Stay back, don't make advances.
Just keep your distance.
Wait, I've got the parts to fix your head.

I was thinking, a thousand times
I've got a mind and it's weighing me down.
The moments I framed have cracked and crumbled.

Starting or ending, fading away, I'm cold tonight.
I can't breathe the air.
Take me out now,I've dropped the mast down.
Please stop me.
Save me.

One day you'll see what it means
I told you I don't need you.
Just like you told me.
Honestly, we're deceiving each other.

When will this end?

It's a wonder how we're under attack from everything always.
We are the force that makes us, that must be why we're suffering.

This is all justified.
This is why we don't talk anymore.

Huh, well, that's kind of neat. I've never heard of found poetry before. It seems a bit like stealing another's work, but you're still changing it. I also like how it's not really from poetry but from multiple songs. Makes it seem even neater. I honestly see no reason or need to review this as you didn't technically write it or have much to do with it besides making a sort of collage out of it. Still, a really neat thing you did.
