Yummy Muffins

by Snoink

Okay! Today, I was trying something new, and I came up with something quite tasty and very fixable. I tried the following recipe, but I'm sure it can be adapted to what you want. So try it! :D

Ingredients:

  • slice of Provolone cheese
  • slice of tomato
  • English muffin
  • slices of deli turkey
  • honey mustard

Directions

1. Heat up the toaster oven (or oven) to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Halve the English muffin and, on one side, put honey mustard, turkey, and Provolone cheese, respectively.

3. Put in the toaster oven (or oven) for about 2 -5 minutes, enough to get the cheese melty and the English muffin crisp. Watch and make sure that it doesn't burn! It really is quick.

4. Slice a tomato while you're waiting.

5. Take out the concoction and put a fat juicy slice of tomato on your creation.

Enjoy!

My mom ate something with an open-faced English muffin, but it had teryaki sauce and pineapples and ham. But I don't like pineapples much, so I decided to come up with a milder version of it, since the other sandwich looked good. So yeah, I did create it by myself, but it is inspired. ^_^

Oh boy. Now I'll have to try this. But my family still won't forgive me for making pizza into grilled cheese, so any attempts must remain covert :D

Sounds good but for the mustard. Sorry, but I hate mustard *gag*

Have you tried it with some egg, too? Egg and tomato go well together.

I'll try your recipe sometime!

Yours most certainly, 8)

Sounds like a strange combination but sure, I'll give it a go at some point.
