Ventorum de Lux

Lumen est sed a obumbrata cras,
Pervigilant eam decidet in vacuum aeternum.
Vita semel esse desiit.
Quod semel est nunc perfudit in dolor.

Non aestuare socii et sociorum!
Semper nova fata,
a novus.

Ambiunt coelum, sed spiritus.
Quaerere non caeli te spirant in, sed caeli te spirant.

Denique cum omnibus deficit tamen ipse intus habent.
Resolvuntur in cinerem in tenebris eritis.
Ab igne inferiori, ut omnes succumbere culpae.
Erumpere! Frangere liberum et equitare venti lux ad caelo!




Translation:

The Winds of Light

The light is but a shadowed morrow,
Watch it fade into empty eternity.
And life once more, has ceased to be.
For what once was is now drenched in sorrow.

Do not fret my comrades and allies!
There is always a new destiny,
a new path.

Seek not the skies, but instead the wind.
Seek not the air you breathe in, but instead the air you breathe out.

Eventually, when all else fails, you still have the power inside of yourself.
By the darkness you shall crumble to ash.
By the fires of Hell, we all succumb to sin.
Break free! Breake free and ride the winds of light to the sky!

First off, I thought it was really cool how you had the Latin version here :D Latin is such a beautiful language :D

Unfortunately, I am not good with Latin, and can't read it :( but I will review the English version!

I can't find any fault with this. It's simply amazing. this doesn't count as a review, but WOW!

Hey, Seraph!
I'm Euphoria, and in the spirit of Review Day, I am here to review your enchanting poem!

Let me start off by saying that the title itself, though I could not comprehend it, drew me in.
As I continued to read on further (English version, of course.), I became in-awe of your work. There isn't anything I could tell you that might prefect this piece, it is perfect as is.
Towards everyone else, I had to tell them to add colorful words, line breaks, and to not be so cliche', but each of these guidelines, you have achieved greatly.
The powerful words that you have inquired into this poem allured me in further to this great piece, and I thank you for posting it.
