Firstly, I sympathise with your plight as bullying is something I have been a victim of many years. Honestly, nice people are hard to come by these days.
You are being bullied. Could you specify for WHAT you are being bullied for? For physical weaknesses, general teasing or something? Whatever it is, the best thing you can do is to try your best to ignore and simply let the insults wash off you. Become thick skinned. Develop a no-care exterior to your enemies and they will get tired of bugging you very soon because they are getting no reaction. Remember, these people want REACTION to their bullying. If you don't give them any, they'll leave you. I think this is the best way to deal with it, but you have to develop a not-caring attitude.
Your best friends hate you. Then pray tell me, why are you calling them BEST FRIENDS? If they are also hurting you with their coldness and cold shouldering, well, they are not worth the effort! Leave them (immediately) and find someone who understands you and accepts you for the way you are, and helps you in your difficulties. If there's no one like that in your school, then develop a trusting bond with your sibling s or other family members, and confide in them. Or, if you already have a trusting bond, it will be simple.
As for transferring schools.....well, don't feel offended, but that would be a bit cowardly, and your enemies, as I said before, would thrive and gloat over the fact that they pushed you away. Do you want to give them that satisfaction? But if you feel it is really necessary to transfer, then it's your choice.
Finally.........for that kid that accuses you of cheating.........you know you don't cheat. then why feel affected by what he says? Just leave him, or report him to the teacher or your parents. Another very important thing; do not keep everything hidden and bottled up within yourself. It is not cowardly to confide in another and get their help; in fact it is very brave as you are overcoming your pride to get the aid of others.
I hope all of this helped you, and that you will soon be able to live happily. I hope you achieve your wishes. Best of luck! Feel free to chat and discuss other issues with me or any other person here, as people are very friendly on this site.

Hi, hello.
Also, all this kid wants is a reaction. He wants you to be upset, mad, annoyed at him. Well guess what? Don't show him that, just tough up and ignore him. Or, tell I'm to shut up. What you don't want to do, though, is be a bully yourself. Don't call him names back, be snarky, or anything in the category of 'mean' (cruel stuff).
I'm marking this as a review, but I wouldn't really call it a "review". Mostly just answering your questions to the best of my ability.
1. Your best friend hates you. Oh kayyy.... If they hate you, why are you friends with them? Do they "hate" you because....? If there is no readon, and you're just being you , well screw them! Go out and find another friend. However, it can be difficult to just walk away from someone who's been by your side for forever. But, it happens. Friendships break, they snap, they end. It happens. It's gonna happen again. It's all part of life; friendships change.
2. So, you want to transfer schools. Well, this really depends on why. And when. And where. Since you're being bullied, I see that as the why. But are you really sure you want to do that? If you're in a really nice school right now, you should stay. But if you really think you want to, do it. Follow your instincts, do what your heart says.
3. Lastly, someone calls you a cheater. So what? Ignore it! Or, better yet, if he continues after you ignore him a while, tell an adult you trust. The principal, a teacher, a conselour, or anyone. If this name-calling is somehow affecting your grade, be sure you tell someone straight out. Don't be convicted of something you haven't done.
I hope this helps...

As @priceofwords said, talk to someone you can trust! As far as the bullies, the godly reaction would be as polite as you can to them, and don't apologize for your actions if you've done nothing wrong! If your "best friends" hate you, I don't think they were ever your friend in the first place! Whatever you do, DON'T try to please them! Then they'll just think it's okay, and that's the worst thing that could happen, because it will continue whenever they want something from you. As far as transferring schools, I would go to whatever suits your academic needs the best. If you learn well where you are, stay put! You CAN get through this. Try to find some new friends who will stay true to you no matter what you say! Praying for you!!
Thanks!!!
Talk to a parent or someone you can trust. I'm sure they can help you sort this out. If it turns out that you do need to transfer schools I'm sure that can be arranged, but hopefully it won't come to that. Just hang in there, things will get better.
Remember, you aren't alone. We're all happy to help on here but there's only so much we can do. Talk to someone, they can help.
Thanks!!!
A bully can bully all they want but they can't change your reaction or emotions, you control that. I am one of the most straight forward unlikable people but I have never been bullied and I'll tell you when it doesn't bother you it is not a problem. Just be strong, and sure of yourself. They are picking up on your lack of confidence. Stop trying to please them, stop giving in, and don't even gauge your reaction to be aggressive or polite back. Just give them no reaction at all. If you have to; tell them. Say if you want to talk in a civilized manor, then ok. But right now, I just don't want to talk to you. You are aggressive and mean. and when he poked fun at that walk away. Over time some people start getting introspective, and when you lay it on them in a straight, confident and sure way you take the first step to stop feeding the monster. It's called strategy, and it works. Also, just be yourself. If you feel alone it is because you are acting like you think people want you to be, this is a reaction. Be yourself and just be free, you will find friends by this and being open with people who are not aggressive to you.
By the way, this is not the place to ask for advice.
I really did not like your post and it feels to me that you were being mean to me.
I'm just giving you advice? How did you get me being mean out of that?
When you wrote
I am sorry @RosePetal for randomly commenting here but what monster means here is,
Monster wants to convey that you should tell the bullies that they're being mean to you. He wasn't talking about you. He was talking about the bullies.
You should have posted this in a blog instead of wasting points to post it as an "Article" for reviewers to dig out of the green room. Regardless, that can't be remedied, so I'm going to answer your questions very simply.
Bullying is hard to cope with and it's even harder to acknowledge that it is likely something that will not go away in a short amount of time. Most neurodifferent children are bullied, and it's the way things are. I suggest either talking to a teacher, your parents, a therapist, or a counselor about your issues. Sometimes simply getting your worries out in the air--verbally--can help you.
Children who employ ignorance are not well-versed in friendship. That said, children also change tunes every few weeks, so give it time. They could just need space. Alternatively, make new friends.
If you want to transfer schools, weigh the pros and cons with your parents and guidance counselor first. It's not something that should be approached on a whim or just because ____ said ____.
If you're not a cheater, then the other person is a liar. The truth will come out, but if you bark as loudly as he does trying to defend yourself, then people will have a harder time deciding who the dog is. Relax and don't take everything people say to heart. There are lots of dumb people with lots of dumb ideas to make lots of other people uncomfortable. If he's getting you riled up, he's winning. Ignore him and move on.
Post it in a blog next time.
Thanks!!!
