My soul dreams life

A soft water whisper lightens the earth,
The thought is flowing in the infinite space...
What the nature loves and incessantly creates,
In time, reality, you become past.
Feelings: golden roses growing and growing more,
Can't reach a single sunrise.
Human being: what an ephemeral being in its own dream!
Person: what a divine artwork dying!
Light:the only comfort, of you, my dear past!
Time, the sound of your voice is voiceless.
The darkness tells you its fears, ghost,
You, soul, old and new united with no body.

They can name you irrational and unreal how much they want,
But who knows what you really are?
You, near infinite torturing thousands of souls...
How to be an ending after life?
Will we wake up from reality just like from a dream?
Will the good ones be in Heaven and the bad ones in the cruel Hell?
The punishment that we get is ours, belongs to all of us:
We'll see our souls dying!
But the hope that my thought won't be forgotten,
The ill-founded hope in future times,
Attaches to my soul a divine ribbon,
The divine of the light that will bring us dark!

It is my 2010 poetry, originally in Romanian but translated in English.

As the notifications drift in I stop and wonder. Why do they take so long? Do they have adventures we don't know about? I bet they do. When they come I will ask myself. What amazing adventure has this straggling notification been on? How far did it travel, and why didn't it take me?
