Hey, very simple and I love it, also pretty original in taste and idea. I strongly suggest that you use stanza's. By brief analysis it looks like it has a rhyme scheme and defiantly a rhythm but it is hard to read due to it being in a paragraph form. Here take or leave this advise but I simply taken each idea to each line:
His eyes, his eyes;
o so they speak,
Even in dark,
the light they seek,
He seems to say,
he seems to know,
That life has wronged,
but he will go,
The look he carries,
before it's gone,
Reaches; inside,
with no prolong,
I understand the words in mind,
Even though through, the lack of time,
God will now see of his past,
But I am still behind the glass.
Do not feel like I have any contribution to your work and I apologies in advance if you do.
Yea, hehe I tried to put in stanza form for like an hour but it didn't work.
Amazing, OrangeTigers. Wonderful emotion, great rhyming, and an altogether satisfactory flow. I am not sure if this was an accident or not, but I suggest you form your poem here into stanzas.
My suggested format:
------------------------
His eyes,
his eyes;
o so they speak.
Even in dark,
the light they seek.
He seems to say,
he seems to know,
That life has wronged,
but he will go.
The look he carries,
before it's gone,
Reaches inside,
with no prolong.
I understand the words in mind,
Even though through,
the lack of time.
God will now see of his past,
But I am still behind the glass.
---------------------------------
One minor thing to note is your punctuation. I noticed that you had a whole lot of commas. I edited it a bit, and also I think that the semicolon is not necessary in the line, "Reaches inside".
Like I said, this is an amazing poem! With only a few minor "errors", I think you did a wonderful job.
Keep writing!!

Thank you for the wonderful feedback!
Hey Orange!(:
So, this is a very nice poem. I'm just wondering if you meant to format it like that, as a paragraph rather than in the popular poetry format. Either way, its a brilliant poem.
I love how you had such an original idea for the poem. I love, love, love the last line.
"God will now see of his past, But I am still behind the glass." Its just so... I don't know. Gives us a visual, but not quite. It kind of shows a longing. Maybe the man getting executed was close to the narrator? I don't know. But I really really liked this(:
Thank you!
