I like your poem. I think it needs to be more heavy to get more emotional. When I read it I had james blunt voice in my head as he sings 'you're beautiful'
I certainly enjoyed it!!
I thought that other than sweet it was mostly honest and I loved that about it.
I love the, "When she talks to me, i feel lighter than a feather, and when she leaves, I feel like a ton of bricks." because it is so exact and completely how I feel also. Good job, good job:D lol Review tag!
this is so.. pure.
it's love, childish love. so simple, yet managing to cover every little feeling that the young, freshly in love heart feels. it's artistic through its simplicity.
such thing cannot be pure fabulation, so I can only hope that by the time you read this review, she will have read your story. the simplest way is telling her.
best of luck!
Hey there!
Ah, the ever trending topic of teen love. x3 On to the review! First off, you said this was a poem, but this format is not reading as "poem", more of "blog". Secondly, tying into the blog thing, this doesn't come across as poetic - just your thoughts sprawled on a page. Error-wise, just a few minor ones:
~ I, not i
~ Everyday, I have to think of some random topic, just to talk to her (needed a comma)
~ No need for the second "when I talk to her", considering if this was divided in stanzas, it'd be addressed all in one
~ I -think- it should be "what her reaction is", not "was", due to tense-agreement
Other than that, I didn't spot anything, so good on you for that.
Overall, I'd work on your formatting/presentation, but keep writing meaningful things such as this!
~Epic
Thanks, i'll keep that in mind!
