The Sun Prince

My Prince of Sunrise,
The burning skies
Were born to die
You made them immortal
You made them stay.

Your golden arms
Embrace the tears
The Heavens cry
Erase my fears
Bring back the smile.

When life has been filled
With joy and sorrow
The day left footprints
On our hearts
When I fall asleep,
That memory of you remains
My Prince of Sunset.

I like this. The message is a little unclear but I think that's part of the appeal of poetry :) so that's okay. I like your rhyming that seems a little random but it adds to the poem quite well.
You capitalized heavens...I don't know if that's supposed to be capitalized or not so I'll just point it out and leave it up to you.
Other than that there was nothing else I could point out that might be wrong so great job!
Keep Writing :)
