Dawn breaks through the canopies of the trees in the dense African jungle, a man awakes, his name is Josheph Kony. He looks around to see a hundred men around him, they are his soldiers, they are protecting him. He stretches, like any normal human would if they had just had a very unpleasent slumber. He is still very tired, the deep, dark circles underneath his yellow blood shot eyes proofs it. His body is soar as he walks towards one of his soldiers, this soldiers name is Rodaji. This soldier is Kony's favourite, he trusts him with his now sad, feeble life. Kony shakes Rodaji awake, Rodaji knows that Kony must be fed, that job happens to fall on him. As he gets food and water for Kony, many other soldiers awake, they stretch and small talk amongst eachother. After they eat, they must be on the move, for if they are to escape capture they have to be always moving.
They move through the jungle like a herd of elephants walking through the plains of Africa, loudly and together as a group. The strongest men are at the front with Kony, to ensure at least his survival in the possibility of attack. The afternoon is spent foraging and hunting for food, whatever they get is dinner for the night that follows. A slow day hunting means they go hungry, making them weak and more susceptible to capture. It is key now more than ever they get proper nutrition, because the U.S army and Uganden army are at full force trying to find them. Today they are lucky, it was a good day of hunting, dinner will be plentiful for the soldiers tonight.
As night approaches, Kony chooses a spot to settle down for the night. Once settled Kony watches as the soldiers prepare dinner, it is a while before they eat. Rodaji once again helps feed Kony, this time Kony does not take his sweet time, he is eager to finally rest. As dinner finishes up most soldiers pack it in, others remain playing cards far into the night. Kony restless in his hammock finally drifts of to sleep, it is a wonder they are not found already, Kony snores quite loudly. The rest of the soldiers who remain awake finally sleep as well, hypnotized by the small bugs illuminated by the bright moon light.
Dawn breaks again, the light touches Kony's face, he awakens. Again he is tired, again he is soar, but he gets up. As he walks towards Rodaji he starts his daily cycle once more, it may seem dull and repetitive but it's his way of life. It's the only life he can live, thanks to his own actions and the actions of the government. Somewhere, in the back of his scarred mind, he knows, that it isn't long before it's all over and he is captured.
