Inspired by a Lava Lamp

A/N: Here's a bit of nonsense verse for y'all, hot off the volcano.

The magma glows in softness,
a fairy dances sweet.
The fairy's ship is sinking;
she's a dirty, rotten, sneak.

"How did you know?" the fairy spoke.
"Alas, it was not me,"
the magma merely grumbled
as it burnt off both her feet.

I think that this is really good. You seem to be really good at poetry. On one side though, I think that it was right to put nonsense in this. I didn't quite understand the context and I think context would help a lot. It does however, leave me wanting to know more. If you came out with and edited longer version or another poem that could explain the story more, I would definitely enjoy it.

Fairy <3.

I love your creativity and imagination in this poem. This is so kawaii and cute I'm dying. I can't even think straight now. My mind is filled with a punch of fairies dancing around in rainbows and like unicorns roasting marshmallows on a campfire and I just want to hug something and I'm laughing.

But now I'm crying because I feel so bad. The volcano is so mean! Why the hell would be burn off the fairies feet! Like how is she supposed to walk like seriously mr volcano what if you got your feet burnt off like ug

I absolutely love the imagery used in this poem. A lava lamp, which I happen to have one right next to me, can definitely be inspiration for this. I can totally see the image you are portraying in this poem. The idea of the fairy is creative, and I would love to see more poetry about this "fairy," maybe even more inspiration from a lava lamp, as they can be seen many ways. It made me grin towards the end, and I love it. Keep up the good work! :D

I was initially intrigued by the title, it made me laugh. ^__^ I like the images you portrayed threw your writing. I would love to know more about this fairy, I think this would make a good set of poems or short story. ^__^ My favorite part was
"The fairy's ship is sinking;
she's a dirty, rotten, sneak."
Question though, where did the ship come from? That confused me O.o
Nice job overall though, and silly poems are my favorite anyways. ^__^
Have a great day! :)
