The Perfect Kiss In This Fantasy

By: MissGamer8

It’s Friday night

The moon is bright

We’re standing at my door

You look at me with your hazel eyes

How can we be sure?

Your face is getting nearer

My heart is beating faster

Can this be?

Oh, please let this be!

(Chorus)

It’s like a hot rush over me

Your lips on mine, this is fine

All my worries washed away

Time has left and gone away

I can feel it in my toes

It’s like the sun coming close

Can this be?

It’s the perfect kiss, in this fantasy

By the time we broke apart

My heart had to restart

You hold me close

You hold me tight

Now everything feels alright

How can this be?

I never thought this could be

You’re coming close again

Oh, please let this be!

(Chorus)

It’s like a hot rush over me

Your lips on mine, this is fine

All my worries washed away

Time has left and gone away

I can feel it in my toes

It’s like the sun coming close

Can this be?

It’s the perfect kiss, in this fantasy

Oh, it’s the perfect kiss in this fantasy

The perfect kiss, the perfect kiss

(Chorus)

It’s like a hot rush over me

Your lips on mine, this is fine

All my worries washed away

Time has left and gone away

I can feel it in my toes

It’s like the sun coming close

Can this be?

It’s the perfect kiss, in this fantasy

It’s Friday night

The moon is bright

We’re standing at my door

This song was inspired by Taylor Swift. She's my favorite singer.

That was really sweet! The innocence apparent in the lyrics reminds me of Taylor Swift and I could see this being a good country or acoustic song. You've probably captured what some girls feel the "perfect kiss" would be. You do have some potential and overall it was a good set of lyrics.

Hey, this was pretty good. It had a very good rhyme scheme for a while, but sort of fell apart in the second verse. Also some of the rhymes were just repeats of words and that could be better. I feel as though this would be a great pop/dance song. It just had that sort of bouncy vibe for me. I also feel as though it was a little repetitive though, and I understand how some songs are like that, but I suppose it could work with the right background music. I think if there was a longer bridge it could be fantastic. The way I read it I feel like it slowed down then and then built back up. Pretty neat! :)

Not the most impressive song ever, but you have great potential. Awesome work, Jame. :D

Hello
I absolutely love the chorus; especially the part about time going away and stuff. The lyrics are good. I think you have a gift there. :)

Personally I liked this a lot.
The chorus was my favorite part out of the whole thing...although it seemed to make up pretty much most of the song.
Is there maybe just one more verse you can make up and add to it?
Otherwise it's very repetitive...which I suppose isn't always a bad thing...
but still.
Anyways. *Clicks Like*
