Destiny Heroes: Gates of Time Prologue/Chapter one

Prologue

A long time ago, there was a powerful man named Sebastian. Sebastian was a #1 elite ranked soldier in the Mamoru army. Sebastian was a clever man, and just at the age of twenty. Sebastian one day slaughtered the leader of the Mamoru army, for no reason at all, and without a trace; he vanished. However, that was not the last time Sebastian was ever seen, or even mentioned. Sebastian wants to take over the world, or destroy it.

The prophecies say that one-day all chaos will break loose and only one person can save them. That person will be the strongest of them all, that person will have the highest spirit, that person will also meet the end that day. That day, will be the sadness of celebrations.

Chapter One

???Ian ran through the town Caretia quickly, his brown shaggy hair very wet from the rain along with his blue armor. Ian light brown eyes full of anger and his tan skin getting red from anger and power. Ian stopped running and looked around the abandoned town.

"I know you're here Setharon!" Ian yelled.

Ian looked around some more with his head before running off again. Ian ran around a corner seeing a frightened little girl. Ian walked to the girl and kneeled, his skin color going back to normal. Ian held out a hand for the girl.

???Hello, little one. What???s your name???? Ian asked.

???Is-Isabella.??? She stuttered, wiping her tears.

The girl, Isabella looked up at Ian with her bright blue eyes. Isabella wiped more tears as they fell on her pale hands.

???Come on Isabella, I???ll take you to safety.??? Ian said.

Isabella nodded and took his hand; he then lifted her onto his arms. Ian heard loud footsteps and turned around seeing an arrow come towards him. Ian ducked and quickly took out his sword. Ian jumped in the air, Isabella still in his arms. Ian saw a dozen arrows head towards him; he slashed at them though he could hardly keep up.

Suddenly a blade came out the middle of the arrows and struck Ian in the middle of his chest as a result Ian dropped hard on the ground with Isabella landing on top of him. Isabella looked up seeing a man grinning, with saber tooth teeth.???

Isabella jumped straight up from her bed; she kept having that dream. However, it happened when Isabella was six and Ian was eleven. Twelve years has past since Ian, who is now twenty-three has saved Isabella who is now eighteen.

???I hope Ian awakens soon.??? Isabella whispered, though that would take a miracle.

Isabella hopped out of her white bed and took a shower. Isabella washed her long black hair and then out of nowhere her popular boyfriend, Ryder pushed the showed curtains to the side exposing a naked Isabella. Isabella jumped in shock as Ryder blue eyes just looked at her.

Ryder hair is dark brown and hangs several inches below his chin, and he has pale-Sort of light tan, skin. Ryder stands at six??? three and he???s skinny but you can see his muscles if he flex, uses power, or in a fight. Ryder eyes are also sky blue, but a bit darker.

???Hurry up and get dressed, Kyle wants us down soon.??? Ryder said.

Ryder just turned and walked away, shocker; most guys would have checked out her whole body, Ryder looked her straight in her eyes and nowhere below her nose.

Isabella finished showering and put on her clothes; a tight black shirt with a yellow skirt and tight yellow jeans under it along with black and yellow shoes. Isabella walked out the bathroom to her bedroom outside to the hall.

The whole base had grey walls and floors with dark blue outlines around them. Isabella walked down the hall and into a meeting room with the soldiers of the Mamoru army, which were called Nippon; they wore dark gray armor with blue outline, and they wore grey helmets that had a black scanner-with a red dot- that was from the top of the helmet to the nose bone but covering both eyes. The rest of their face was shown from the helmet except the ears.

???Nice for you to join us Isabella.??? Kyle said.

Kyle was a tall man standing at seven-twelve and he is very muscular. Kyle has pale skin and dark green eyes that look black. Kyle has spiky beach blonde hair that covers his right eye.

???Hey Bella.??? Cameron said to Isabella coolly.

Cameron stood at five??? six and was lightly muscular with pale skin. Cameron hair was white and was spiky at the ends, which went to his ears. Cameron had green eyes-Sort of blood lust eyes. Cameron was also at the age of fifth teen and a C ranked solider meaning he was very dangerous and very close to becoming an elite.

???Hey.??? Isabella said with a smile.

???Ok, listen up because I???m not repeating myself!??? Kyle yelled, ???Isabella, Ryder, and Cameron; you are to go to Caretia village to find a survivor of the destruction. Akin will be waiting on the west side of the village for you; you will take these Nippon with you. Good luck.???

Kyle left the room as Isabella was frozen, why would Kyle order that? Last time Isabella was at the Caretia village all the destruction happened and Ian almost died saving her when they were little.

???Hey, don???t get all shook up. We???re here to protect you,??? Cameron said, ???And if anything goes wrong we???ll get you to safety.???

After Cameron???s sentence, he got a hard slap to the face by Isabella, tears coming down her face. Cameron just shook his head slightly looking at Isabella calmly.

???Last time I heard that the person closest to me almost died!??? Isabella yelled, then realized what she had done, ???Oh, Cameron I-???

???Don???t worry about it,??? Cameron cut her off, ???I understand. Everyone does things they don???t mean to when their going through something emotional.???

Cameron then walked out the room, which made Isabella feel worst; so she had left the room in Ryder???s embrace as they went west of the city to meet Akin.
