Okay so... not really sure if this is considered mild language, but I don't think that it deserves the rating 18+, either. Soooo yeah. Just to say it beforehand so I don't get yelled at! This is only the first chapter to something I hope to continue, so it's not finished in any way. In fact, I just wrote it yesterday... so yeah :d
A drop of sweat dripped down my nose as I dove to the side, trying to stop the soccer ball from entering the goal behind me. I landed roughly on the ground just as it slipped past my finger tips and landed in the large rectangular net.
“Shit,” I muttered, pealing myself off from the ground and steadying myself on my feet.
I rubbed the sweat off of my face, probably replacing it with a face full of mud in the process, but I could care less. Currently, there was a psychotic looking teenager wiggling his butt in front of me in a sort of victory dance that snapped the last string of my nerves.
“Yeah, yeah, yeah, douchebag. You won, so fuck off,” I yelled bitterly, yanking my muddy jersey over my head and throwing it to the ground.
“Awe, is someone a widdle gwumpy?” the boy asked, placing one hand on his knee, and the other covering his mouth; his head turning around while his butt still stuck out behind him. His pose strangely resembled that of the Coppertone girl, and I shook my head.
“Just remember! This is the only time that you've beaten me.”
“Ha!” the boy laughed, “So does this mean I've finally surpassed you, oh soccer god?” he shot back sarcastically.
“I'm having an off day.”
“Or I've gotten better.”
“It's a gray area!” I yelled before wadding up my shirt into a ball and throwing it at him. The shirt just ended up unraveling and floating to the ground pathetically.
“Awe, come on, Jakey-poo. It's okay to admit my awesomeness sometimes,” he said, taking a few steps toward me and opening his arms. My eyes widened as I took a few steps back. “Embrace it,” he continued, stepping even closer.
“Stop it,” I warned, knowing what he was about to do.
“Just let it happen.” He was close enough now that he was only a few steps away from me. His fingers wiggled, beckoning me forward.
“No!” I screamed as his arms wrapped around me in an awkward hug. I stiffened as he patted my back.
“Just let it happen,” he continued to whisper until I stopped struggling and just stood there until he decided to let go. “There,” he said. He patted my head one more time before letting go completely. “That's better, right?”
I just stared at him, deciding not to justify his creepiness with an answer. Instead, I turned on my heals and trudged off to my dorm. The soccer field was on the opposite side of the campus, away from most of the dorms. It was next to the quad, a large open square of grass surrounded by paths that lead to each building. There were a few fountains and benches lying around, and it was normally the place where everyone liked to hang out between classes, besides the student lounge.
I vaguely wondered why people were staring at me as I passed, but quickly realized that I had forgotten my shirt back on the field and I was covered in mud. It wasn't warm out, either, which probably also gained my naked upper body some attention.
I sighed and rubbed my hand through my dark brown hair, starting up the stairs to the entrance to my dorm. My nose was starting to chill, and I rubbed at it with the back of my hand.
“So,” a sudden whisper flitted near my ear. I groaned and halted my strides, waiting for what was to come.
“About that bet....” the voice continued, “Aren't you curious?”
Walking through the quad, I had thought that I'd been able to sneak away, but there he stood, holding up my muddy shirt.
“Not in the slightest,” I mumbled.
He chuckled at me and started twirling my shirt around his pointer finger, pretending to think of my punishment.
“Come on, Jense,” I whined, “Go easy on me!”
Jensen, the boy in front of me, began laughing out loud, and I angrily snatched my shirt from his clutches.
“No way, dude!” I glared at him. “This is probably going to be the first and last time I beat you! I gotta make this good.” He rubbed his hands together devilishly and I groaned.
I decided to just give in and take a seat on one of the steps instead of arguing, which I knew was pointless. “Just get on with it, douchedick,” I moaned.
“I do not believe that is a very proper way to talk to someone who is the keeper of your fate!”
I glowered down at the pavement and pouted, hoping that he'd just shut up soon. I mean, it wasn't uncommon that I called him douche-something. It was practically a pet name that I had for him by now.
“It's how I show my love,” I grumbled, hoping it was too low to hear. No such luck.
“Well then, I feel bad for the person involved in your punishment, then.” He nodded thoughtfully and I curiously waited for him to go on. When he didn't, I rolled my eyes and cleared my throat, wondering if he'd get the hint.
“Okay, okay,” he mumbled defensively, holding his hands up. “Let the betting games begin!” he shouted. A few people looked our way and a small group of guys that shuffled out of the dorms started laughing. Our whole dorm knew about our betting games. It was kind of like a dorm secret, that no one else knew. There was an unspoken rule that hung about everyones head, that no one outside of these dorms could know about our bets. It wouldn't be fun that way.
“So what do I have to do? Eat dirt? Be a girl? Run around campus after dark with nothing on but a pair of sneakers?” I chuckled, remembering everything that I had Jensen do. We'd been going at this for a year now, and already Jensen had lost about twelve times.
I shuddered as an evil smiled curled its way onto his face. “No. No, I've got something even better.”
“.... W-.... What?” I asked hesitantly. The boys from a few minutes ago had stationed themselves on the stone railing that lined the stairs, and they waited excitedly for the first punishment I'd ever had to participate in.
“I want you.... to date someone.”
It went quiet.
The guys on the railing started complaining loudly that this was 'history in the making' and that something 'more memorable was needed in order to screw me over'.
“Wait!” Jensen shouted, his smirk growing with every passing second. “I'm not done.”
I squinted suspiciously at him. What could he be planning?
“As I was saying... before I was interrupted,” he glared pointedly at the now silent group of guys, “I want you to date someone. You're good at that, right?”
“Uh... ye-e-e-ah?” I stressed the word, searching my mind for what in the hell he could be thinking. “No girl can resist me.” I admit. I did sound a tad self-centered. But it's true! You can't get much sexier than me. It just wasn't possible. I'm sexy and I know it.
The Joker needed a new makeup idea, because Jensen's grin had fully taken up half of his face. I half expected him to knife me, and the other half was waiting for him to tell a bad pun.
“Ahh... but Jakey-poo. I never mentioned anything about girls, now did I?” He winked at me and I felt the blood drain from my face. The guys behind me had begun a chorus of 'ohhh's and I felt like reaching back and yanking one right off of the two foot ledge.
“Your challenge is to be gay for one month. That includes finding a boyfriend. So, Jakey... I suggest you hurry up. Your month starts tomorrow.”
The guys were in full on cheers by the time he'd finished. Jensen crossed his arms with a smug look on his face and he was immediately surrounded by new boys, slapping him on the back and punching him approvingly in the arm. I glared forcefully at him, hoping that maybe lasers would shoot out my eyes and make Jensen drop dead once and for all. Again, no such luck.
The sea of guys parted as I made my way toward the demon in front of me. There was static in the air and you could cut the tension with a butter knife.
You know what?
“You're on,” I growled, slapping Jensen on the ass before shoving my way through the dorm's open doors. If he wanted a show, he was damn right going to get one.

Should be butt. Gah, I miss the old YWS! I miss being able to quote and stuff in reviews. Anyways, an overall nice job! I love the story so far.
