Silent Snowflakes

It's cold, it's icy, it's bitter to the bone,

It floats from the heavens, it's landing unknown,

Silent and light, It twirls but is steady,

It's corners sharp and sting, always ready,

The miniscule patterns of ice interwoven,

The moment to melt, to surprise is chosen,

It whitens and softens everything that it takes,

They beautify the world, Silent Snowflakes...

Wonderful imagery and some of the words and phrases were so powerful and really stood out of this poem.

It floats from the heavens, it's landing unknown,

This is my favourite line. I loved the feeling i got from this. But i do agree about the 'beautify' I didn't like this word it stopped the flow a bit. But other than that, very good poem :D

Awesome rhymes and lovely imagery!! I really like this. One suggestion: the last line is a bit awkward, I think you should rephrase it "They bring beauty to the world, silent snowflakes..."

3rd line: it floats put IT'S steady. you said "is"
rephrase line four, it feels awkward.

to surprise is chosen,
-- i didn't get that.
don't capatilize "silent snowflakes"

right, other than those, this was very nice and cute and the rhythm and rhyme worked very well. congrats!

Pretty, but I didn't see anything to get from the poem. There's nothing really memorable here. I'm going submit this, and tomorrow, I won't even remember what I read.

I loved how short the poem is. The lines I loved the most is 2,3,5,6, and 8. You used description to your advantage. I really could not find anything wrong.

here is the deepest secret nobody knows (here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows higher than the soul can home or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart i carry your heart (i carry it in my heart)
