This One’s For You.
I feel this tickle in my stomach
Ticklish, yet soar
With every growing minute
It hurts my notion’s hearts core.
I’ve tossed those drops of tears aside
Like the dead shells in the sea
I’ve kept them locked up long inside
Shadowlike, deeply inside of me
I’ll never forget this distressing day
In which I finally cried
Before I used to lock it up
With breaths of an unhanded tearful sigh
It came very slowly,
Yet it projected very mad
It gathered up every sad emotion
That I frequently ever had.
It lasted just merely a minute
With the taste of salt in its bid’
I doubt anyone will ever understand
What that little tear did.
It was just one doubtfully fallen ripped tear
Yet it felt like it was the cry of plenty’ a year
It felt madly like the cry of a child
It made me feel dull, yet at the same time wild
It didn’t matter how many tears I dropped
But to me,
This tear never stopped.

OK, so I won't say anything about rhythm. Over all, your poem is great! It is just some words, at a time, don't go together.
Oh, and "soar". Did you mean to say sour or sore?
Anyway, where it says, "notion's hearts core", the words don't connect correctly. try "my" or "the notion's heart core"? Or if that didn't suit you, " The notion in my heart's core." Something like that. Anything that connects the words will do just fine.
Now, that was brilliant! I liked it a lot.
I only grabbed the bottom half of this stanza. See, again a few words don't seem to connect. "Unhanded tearful sigh" doesn't sound right with the words before it. OK, so I get how you write, but it would sound pleasing to you as well if the words would sew more fluently. Grammar check helps. I'm still loving your poem!
Hey! Welcome to YWS!
This was an emotional piece. I loved the words you used and how you placed them.
The last line does not flow with the second one. Maybe take out a word in the last line or add a word to the second line.
The last line is extremely long.
I love this last stanza. You potray strong emotions here.
It feels like you are putting too much stress on the rhymes. I agree with Charliebo on that you should not make this poem rhyme. I think it would flow a lot better without pushing out the rhymes.
Great job!
Becca
You know you did a fantastic job here!
the reply above about rhyming and Not fitting words! well i don't agree with that because rhyming or no rhyming your composition is something which is compelling it compels reader to think what you want to say or what you were going through this is what anyone would feel!
the thing i thought missing in here was this the ending thought it is very poetically wrapped but it should be ended with a little more feeling it seems like you were writing it and suddenly something came up or happened because of which you stopped writing!
Next time you write think the way you do and also try to see beyond Your imagination let your self believe that you entered someone Else's imagination that will give your compositions a finale devastating effect!
i liked it very much!
Hey, thanks for commenting ^^. Yeah, I'm trying to work on non rhymes lately, gives better meaning to it and some-what more describable, anyway thanks!
I like this poem. It has really fab elements to it, but a lot needs rethinking. In fact, you may consider dropping the rhyme. I think it would work for you - you have poetical things to say which might not fit with the rhyme that you want. Maybe give non-rhyme a try!
All in all... have a read through it and try to keep rhythm as consistant as possible. Otherwise, i really liked it and can't wait to see some of your other stuff!
best of luck
