How many times
Will you tell me that you love me,
Before I believe you?
How long will you wait
For your love to be returned,
Before you give up on me?
How lost will I be
Before I'm too far gone
To be found?
Please,
Hold me,
Kiss me,
Tell me that you love me.
Maybe,
Someday,
I'll believe you.
Maybe,
Someday,
You'll convince me
That I'm lovable,
And that I can return that love.

I liked how you did the stanzas. Some people put it in just one block. I think you did good with the punctuation.
All in all I like this. I like the way the narrator talks about her/his feelings.
Great job, keep writing!
