... My favourite time of year. The transition from the sweltering heat of summer to the biting chill of winter. A time of mellow temperatures and lazy days. More subdued colours fill the landscape: oranges, reds, yellow and browns overtake the vibrant greenery to create a more relaxed atmosphere.
The golden sunset reflects the citrus shades of the leafy trees on the shimmering horizon. Like a sea of fluttering butterflies, the falling leaves rustle gently as they settle on their bed below. The yellow-orange carpet crackles underfoot as I step outside to admire the picture-perfect view.
A time to pause and reflect on the beauty surrounding me, before winter creeps up and snatches it away in its icy claws. Close your eyes and smell the rich, earthy aromas; take in the tawny treasures and appreciate the magnificence of God's creations.
Any reviews/help would be much appreciated! Thanks

as babygirl12 rightly acknowledge its a great poem, that just needs little adjusting for it to be perfect.
firstly i would emplore you to do some thing about your formatting, it doesn't look like a poem. Then in your first two lines of stanza one
"... My favourite time of year. The transition from the sweltering heat of summer to
the biting chill of winter. A time of mellow temperatures and lazy days."
You used period were they were not called for just work on your puntuations

THere is one thing though, whats "m"? I think you might have forgotten the rest of the word in this sentence "A time to pause and reflect on the beauty surrounding 'm'". In my guess you forgot the e to me...am i right?
Other than that its really good....
Keep up the good work!! :]
