Poem's (2011 Collection)

PreviousNext
All text belongs to me, (C).

You made me smile, you made me blush
You made my head spin, my heart rush
I giggled more, and laughed often
In your arms my outlook on life softened

But I wasn’t good enough, you wanted perfection
So I was added to your ‘Brocken hearted’ collection
Yes, I was quickly forgotten when you found a new toy
I suppose you’re a just a whore, just that kind of bad boy.

I hope you realise I will take your maybe as a promise
A promise to tell me what has your tongue tied in knots
The very thoughts that keep you up at night, a sleepless soul
The very things you think when feeling so terribly blue
A maybe is a promise to let be there for you.

Rejecting touch, rejecting love
The one who never felt the above
Who had no one to call their own?
No safe place, no home
Just their mind, which took its tole
For now left is only a lonely soul

*The poem above is about a homeless boy I had
the honour to meet; he sadly passed away.
