One Wind

Close your eyes
birds chirping, the bright shining sun.
Feel it all communing under you,
all coming into one.

Each breath taken is the life within,
every creature taking that single breath
Hold your hands to the earth
as you feel your chest
That, that is the beat that moves us.

Smell the flowery scents
swirl, and dance;
riding on thermals of summer air.


Just be with it.
Let the wind suck you in;
Be amazed by it.
