There is no beginning
These hands are by chance
This special place in space in time
Infinitesimally abysmal
We are but manifestations of God
Atoning for eons passed
These familiar surroundings so alien
When put into proper perspective
There is no answer to be found
Only understanding sought
There is no end
A great cosmic coincidence
Another wave in an ocean of change
Destined to wash away
March on freethinking amoebas
Look eternity in the face
Then turn away

I really liked this. It was a mouthful for so many short lines, but it was packed with meaning. The last line was especially noteworthy, as it changed the attitude of the poem. I just might mention that in the beginning/middle lines I was starting to drift in attention span...though that may just be because I'm distracted as it is
Never the mind - great poem, nothing to critic.
