Nothing at All

Where do we go when our minds wander?

Is it a dream?

Is it a memory?

Is it a song?

Is it a story?

Or…

Is it nothing?

What do we think when we are lost?

Where am I?

Will I get hurt?

Someone help!

Or…

Is it nothing?

What do we hear when something has gone wrong?

Is it screaming?

Is it crying?

Is it a dying breath?

Or…

Is it nothing?

Where do we go when our eyes go blank?

To a safe place?

To a memory?

To an imaginary place?

To nowhere?

Where do we go when we sleep?

Do we dream?

Do we fall?

Do we die?

Or…

Do nothing at all?

What do we do when we are hurt?

Do we cry?

Do we hit something?

Or…

Do nothing at all?

What do we do when we don't know what to do?

Do we panic?

Do we cry?

Do we run?

Do we hide?

Or…

Do we do nothing at all?

What do we do when we just lay down and think?

It's simple…

We do nothing at all

I liked your poem overall, but I thought it would be better with a few less question marks because they get a little bit monotonous.
Keep writing.

Well that was inspirational and a bit confusing...was the subject just meant to say we do nothing at all? Either way I didn't find any spelling mistakes and it flows rather nicely. Hopefully you'll be putting more up on here soon and keep on writing which I know you have the creativity to do so >> But Good luck and hopefully you'll get more reviews sister!

These were autumn mornings, the time of year when kings of old went forth to conquest; and I, never stirring from my little corner in Calcutta, would let my mind wander over the whole world.
— Rabindranath Tagore, The Cabuliwallah
