Honestly, when I read a poem, I read it out loud to myself because then I can really tell whether it flows or not. And I also could tell how much emotion was put into each line in the poem. I especially liked when you read the part about the waltz. If this poem had been typed above, I most likely wouldn't have gotten the same feeling out of that line.
You reading it out loud made it a lot easier to review!
Anyway, I'm supposed to be reviewing the poem, yes? Right, so it flows really well. Honestly, that's the one thing that stuck out at me. Some poems seem to be forced in what each line is trying to say, but this one just flows naturally. My favorite part (like I said above) is the part with the waltz, where you counted out the beats. That not only addds to the description of the poem, but gives it something more. It makes the poem almost come alive. When I heard that part I could see two people dancing, their feet moving to the rythm.
Again, I really enjoyed this piece! Keep writing!
Wow, that was really cool. I would like to record myself reading poetry, but my voice sounds really weird when recorded and is really hard to understand. Good job nonetheless

Okay so... I've honestly never heard a poem read out loud! I always read them on paper, by myself and make the imaginary and rythm and all by myself so this was new. Since the text wasn't in front of me all the time I couldn't get hung up on any parts so I had no time to think over the grammar or how you built up the stanzas but I think the content was real good and there were lots of imaginary in this poem which I liked. Loved the part when you started counting.. that was a cool add. All together.. it was fun to hear it read by someone else even though I prefer reading it myself, the rythm was nice, you seem very talanted and I encourrage you to keep on writing.. Yeeh... That's it.
