The Mirrior

The Mirror- It’s the glass of truth,
 that reveals your mistakes.
Wise people rectify without condemn,
Shallow recklessly deny them.

 It’s always present-
 but often kept on shelves;
People think they are too perfect,
To ask a mirror about themselves.

Some refuse using it-
‘Cuz beneath they have a scare,
Thinking that there will be a lot
 To which they won’t care.
And for them,
 a little too much beyond repair.

But for sure it’s not the right thing to do;
Ignoring your flaws,
And expecting applause.
You deserve to be world class,
Only when permitted by the worthy glass.

Because a mirror is the truth-
 that reveals your mistakes;
Wise people learn from it,
Shallow eat it with flakes.

It tells you precisely who you are,
In a way no one else can portray no far.
It sure tells you your blunders;
But certainly is not your enemy, and does wonders.
It’s the humble friend which rectifies you,
 with no fear of possibly losing you.

Yet folks think it might be rude sometimes,
To give a list of errors measuring miles.
But it’s the job that it is doing,
Not your replica with which it is screwing.

It is The Mirror
Wise people befriend it,
Shallow have a combat.
It brings light to your faults,
Even which lay hiding underneath the mat.

It’s the glass of truth,
 that reveals your mistakes;
It is the mirror,
which forever pays!

Hi, I'll be reviewing your poem today!

Your poem is very creative and has a great overall concept/theme of mirrors i like how you examined them from an interesting perspective. However there are some issues concerning rhythm, presentation, grammar etc I'd like to adress to help improve your poem. There's also a difference in lines with each stanza, check its an equal amount in each. The rhyme scheme works and times and others it does not so read your poem over and you'll see what i mean.

I'll just go stanza by stanza.

"The Mirror- It’s the glass of truth,
that reveals your mistakes.
Wise people rectify without condemn,
Shallow recklessly deny them."

Here's a good opening but its a bit awkward to read, its not flowing as well as it could. The third line seems like it's just using big words, corrupting the flow of the stanza, sometimes simplicity is best.
Maybe edit it to something like this;

The mirror,
It's the glass of truth
which reveals your flaws (mistakes is okay but flaws makes more sense, to me)
Wise people rectify without condemn (try adjusting this)
the shallow recklessly deny them.

Some refuse using it-
‘Cuz beneath they have a scare,
Thinking that there will be a lot
To which they won’t care.
And for them,
a little too much beyond repair.

Here, you don't need to add dashes everytime, in your poem in general and no need for a capital letter if it's one line relating to the previous one.

Some refuse to use it,
'cuz beneath they have a scare? (did you mean scar?)

overall it's a good poem with potential just re-read it and edit some parts of it.

Hey I would like to give you my review..
The idea and object you chose were nice. As for the error, it is not something not said before but the poem would have been better with a rhythm and neat paragraphs.For that I suggest you read the poem out loud and see if it flows correctly.
Overall it was good and keep writing such good ones..:)

Hi, i am firefighter and i would love to review your awesome poem today!

First of all, i really liked the concept. It was amazing to read about a mirror, which we think is just a common piece of glass but is actually the glass of truth... So i'd like to salute your way of expressing the mirror's truthfulness. :D

Now time for flaws, well mostly i didnt find anything wrong but the rhythm should be present that's it.

Overall its an amazing poem and i just enjoyed it so much...

Keep writing, because you have magic in your hands!

okay so here is your short and sweet review for your poem

It was fun, interesting and certainly had lesser mistakes than before so keep it up girlfriend.
that's it I have got for it....no wait one more thing well you should concentrate on leveling your poem...all stanzas should be equal in no. of lines it has...and work a bit on the rhythm...that's it

great job...keep writing and will grow into an amazing writer

okay, so good to hear i had lesser mistakes and thanks for reviewing my poem.... :D

I dont know how to work on my rhythm but i'll try to, :P and coming to stanzas, i dont pretty much think that its necessary to have equal number of lines but still for the next time i'll keep that in mind...

Thanks again ummi!
