Victim

Acid trickles by the down of her protruded cheeks
Synchronizing with flood from her chain-sawed wrists.
Externally weak, she stances and waits for the silence to finish her off.
Inside; alone and caged it beats mechanically but without purpose-
The tempest erupts, raging, exploding; attacking all she was worth.
Looking down, I see the monster in a shattered reflection.

Acid trickles by the down of her protruded cheeks
Synchronising (((Synchronizing))) with flood from her chain-sawed wrists.(((Do you mean her wrists are sawed off?)))
Externally weak, she stances and waits for the silence to finish her off. (((I really like this line)))
Inside;(((maybe a comma would go better?))) alone and caged it beats mechanically but without purpose- (((You mean her heart?)))
The tempest erupts, raging, exploding; attacking all she was worth.
Looking down, I see the monster in a shattered reflection (((So its her?))

Okay I really liked this poem but it left me with a lot of questions.

Hey Amie!

Don't really understand the plot, but this is paced nicely and your spelling and grammar are very good! Good job!
