Dear you.
we have been together for the past 11 months, a year on and off before that. when we first started dating. you promised me you would never leave. It took a long time for me to put my trust, my faith, my heart into this relationship. I was never one to be affectionate, never the one to apologize first. after the first fight, second at the most I would have dropped you and moved on. Something about us, made it different. you spent hours, months...proving that you were here for the long run. And at last I finally believed you. You came over almost everyday. There were times that I would find it aggravating, annoying, controlling. It bothered me, that if I deleted something off my phone, then you would assume the worst. Yet, your phone was always blank. Always. You told me it was out of habit. I guess I believed you. I skipped going away for college, because I didn't want to leave..us? I wanted to make this work. We just signed up for college classes, and then a week later. You tell me you joined the army. You're going to leave. Yet in your mind, that doesn't mean the same thing as leaving me. Either that or, we get married. I give up all I have worked for and follow you around. Thats not me. You wanted to stay together until the day you left. For me, its like watching the sand run out of an hourglass. You already made the choice to go, to leave. Therefore ruining the only promise I ever wanted you to Keep. The promise to stay. So to take the initiative, I left before you could leave me. Sadly, you have been over so much that your accounts were saved into my computer. When I went to check a social account, somewhere where I could talk. Clear my mind. Your account was open. 23 girls. 23 Hey beautiful/Sweetheart/Cuties stared at me like a thousand suns. It had been less then a day. and you are already looking for the lucky one....it makes me wonder. If that part of you. The player in you. Never went away. if the entire time, this is what you were doing. If you had ever really loved me, then I wonder. If I can barely tell a new person that I am now single, how are you already saying honey, baby, sweetie, sweetheart. It makes me feel, like all those times you accused me of cheating. was it because you, yourself were?

If this were a story, there would be a lot of critiquing to be done here, but since this is a letter that you wrote, I'm going to be more gentle here and focus on it as a letter. I really like how raw this is--this came straight from your heart and onto the keyboard, or wherever it was originally written. This also clearly describes a scenario that's played out many times: the "I'm cheating but I'm going to accuse you of cheating to keep people off of my back" scenario, I mean. It's also a story of an unhealthy relationship, not on your side, but on his side. It makes me upset at the end of the story where you find out that he's the one cheating. I'm very sorry that you went through this, and he deserves whatever he got.
Is this an actual one? Cause I can feel anger seeping through me. Not that I can relate to it but because no one who loves this much should feel this much pain. Anyway, if this was only made without an the actual experience, all I can say is that you should continue this. Make a story about it or create a diary-like literary about this. This is a good start cause there's already the inspiration and the story in it. Good job!
