This poem is pretty good. I was reminded of the Nazi camps when reading this: the conditions were exactly the same. I had done some research on them and this is exactly what it sounds like, is that what you meant to portray? Though for some reason, it feels like the poem is a continuation of something else, as if there was something before it. And I didn't exactly understand the following lines:
'Work makes us free, We watch them all Get taken away from us.' I feel like there's a bit of clarificatin needed there. But on the whole, it's a well-written poem.
