Hey! I just did a post. @ThePatchworkPilgrims if you want me to change anything, just let me know! I described a good amount of the hotel, so if any of it doesn't fit your vision, just let me know and I can change it.

We want to applaud y'all on such great first posts We liked reading all of them, and can't wait to continue on with the story (will start writing our next post some time this weekend )

@Lia5Giba, your post didn't need anything changed, don't worry. You might even add something if you wanted to (basically, no matter if there were twelve or a million people in the Reception foyer, it would always seem and feel large enough for everyone. It doesn't grow bigger/smaller, it just somehow always feels big enough for people to move around, while also never feeling too large and empty) The odds of a more than one-two thousand Guests at the same time in.the foyer is exceptionally rare though (hence why the Rector mentioned the earthquake casualties in the Heads meeting, for example)

We also liked the way both you and @RadDog13579 described the way towards the Hotel (And to answers Anake's question RadDog, yes, people have made it into something similar to their "hallway/tunnel" of memory and still been alive)

I would love to take a guest spot in this storybook! The way you wrote the intro definitely got me hooked.(it also gives me Portal vibes but that's not relevant)

So, where should Mark be? Should he be in one of our staff's wings, or what?

Hmmm. He doesn't have to exactly be in the same wing as Anake and/or Henry, but if you have his room relatively close to them, it would be better for the story.
Also note that, other than one of the sixteen directions and the floor, each room is also in a separate section of the floor. So like "The East-northeast wing, twenty-third floor, section B", for example

@Stormblessed242, what type of things would Mark usually be doing in the Hotel? We're just trying to finalise our post, and want to maybe include a link to your character near the middle/end of the post

Haha, I know I'm pretty late for this, but your tags said you were still accepting, so I hope you won't mind? I'd love a guest slot if any are still open (I thought some were on the storybook page but I didn't know how recently you'd updated that). If there aren't I can take a staff slot, but I'd kind of prefer guest if that's open.

Note @everyone- we'll be taking the Accepting tag off the SB for now, just until we progress a bit more with the storylines, but will eventually reopen it if we feel more characters can join in

We have posted (took longer than we wanted). We tried to give avenues to our newest characters (Natalia and Mark) to enter into the story, so we've left the rest of y'all's characters free to interact with one another (we do have two in the reception atm, after all, and two very busy Staff members)
