Poem, a mear word, a fragmentation,
Of the wonderful feeling, the sensation,
Of writing thoughts, to share with others,
To give to fathers, to give to mothers.

Poem, a strong word, a piece,
Of the wonderful feeling of release,
When you let your feelings flow,
When you let your colors show.

Story, a mear word, a fragmentation,
Of the expression of imagination,
to go destinations,
and aquire information.

So keep on writing, my dear friends,
Use the talent, it is a rarity god sends.
It is a wonderful thing,
to be able to make words sing.
We cannot kindle when we will;
The Fire in which our heart resides;
The spirit bloweth and is still,
In mystery our soul abides.

firstly, "mear" should be "mere", but that's a just a spelling error and is easily fixed.

The poem itself is on something that I think just about every writer has put together, just because we all have this feeling about how amazing writing is and just how powerful it could be. But I don't feel like you brought anything new to the subject.

The line "to give to fathers, to give to mothers" really feels like you were stretching to find something that would rhyme with the line above it.

I like the line "Of a wonderful feeling of release".

"When you let your colors show" has been overused in this day and age and now just seems pretty empty.

I'm really not trying to be harsh here and please understand that I'm not saying any of this to be mean. I just think that with the subject matter you could come up with something even better than this.

Thank you for your comment, and yes, I also feel this needs some editing...
