From earth to paradise...

On the beauty of the road,
I mused, with metre of the wheel’s note.
Over the traversed tracks the cart rolled and rolled,
To the destiny of the journey-old!

From the window, chanted all in spree-
“Hey, O passer-by! look at me.
Like autumnal leaves today I can fall free,
Nothing can bind this spirit elated in glee!”

The heat of summer does not taint me,
Neither before monsoon, I bent my knee.
Red roses can no more pamper my soul,
My thirst presently can only be quenched by the whole.

‘Whole’-achieved solely on the union of trinity today,
From earth to paradise, I am on the way…..

I really liked the way your wrote this, though I did have to read it a handful of times to make sense of it. The description and words you used pronounced what you were trying to say, though, and I throughally enjoyed the rhythm.
Carpe Diem.

I really like this poem, good work.

The heat of summer does not taint me,
Neither before monsoon, I bent my knee.
Red roses can no more pamper my soul,
My thirst presently can only be quenched by the whole.

Great stanza, I love this one.

Good write. ;)

i dont really understand what this is about, but i like how it seems kind of hopeful and dreamy.i love the line " i mused with the metre of the wheels note."

I'm not sure what this poem is about but I got an image of someone going on a journey. Maybe one that they have wanted to go on all their life.

Yeah, I didn't really get this, but it was good. The first stanza didn't ryme as well, and some of the stanza's were a bit off...but quite good.
