Stars hang in the sky,
Like pearls on a drop-necklace;
A coronet moon.

What does coronet mean?

It was pretty, simple. Very, but pretty :P

Simple but lovely. Cool how you created such a vivid image with so few words. I like the simile comparing the stars to pearls on a necklace; very unique.Nice work.

tbr: im pretty sure a coronet is like a crown but just a circular band of silver or gold.

I agree - lovely. The thing about haiku's is that there isnt enough there to really critique, LOL, so I'm stuck without much to say. Oh well. I loved it anyway. It was very smooth; I found it peaceful, though that could just be the way stars make me feel. Also, I like the way you linked the jewelry idea in both lines. Very well done.
Got a poem or short story you want me to critique?

Oooh, I love haikus, especially when they're done well, like this one. Like bubbles said, there's not a whole lot to critique, but you wrote it very well, and created lots of good images in a very small space. And it was cool how the jewelry seemed to link the other two stanzas together.

Nice work! :D
