This doesn't exactly spin me in the air at several hundred miles per hour and then dump me in some godforsaken country field, but it was solid. Nothing special but it made sense.

Four year later, my older brother boarded a train Did you mean four years later?
I'm a leaf blown through a twister. Great for the middle of the poem...loved this lines.
Overall, I liked the literal sense to this poem...that's my favorite thing in a poem because I usually feel like I can relate somehow. Not sure I captured the whole meaning--a little vague (or maybe I'm just a little slow) but I liked it still--as always. You get me every time, my friend.
I loved it. Lots of imagery (subtle, but there). At least, it gave me plenty of mental pictures and a vague sense of understanding. Once again, cant resist your poetry, Incandescence. Another awesome piece.
I liked this. I agree that it's got good imagery and I liked the way the lines carry on through the poem and the way the stories all link seamlessly. I also thought that it was fairly original...well I've never read a good poem about a tornado before! Really enjoyed reading it. Go you!
