Okay, so here's the problem, I'm addicted to writing flash fiction. Seems like it's the only thing I can write these days. I thought it was a phase that would just pass, but it's been almost a year and I can't stop. I'm constantly bombarded with ideas and I keep on coming with flash fiction. I just can't make myself sit and write something longer than 600 words.
And the thing is, I have an idea for a novel, but whenever I start writing it, I end up writing it like a flash fiction and that just does not work. Does anyone have tips on how to get over this? I really need to get started on my novel.
