Grave Peril by Jim Butcher. One of my friends lent me the series to read while she went home for the summer, so I've been slowly working my way through them.
please grant me my small wish; (love me to the marrow of my bones)
'I Love You Beth Cooper' by some guy whose name is on the cover of the book. Its a very comical read but its definitely not for young eyes.
Never forget who you are, for surely the world will not. Make it your strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armor yourself in it, and it will never be used to hurt you.
Just finished Sin City, "The Hard Goodbye" and "A Dame To Kill For". I realize that I've only really been judging Frank Miller by his work that sucks now (All Star Batman, DK2), but he actually really did know how to write once.
Am reading "Crime and Punishment" for English class, and to be perfectly honest it's a bit confusing and boring as of now. Maybe something to do with all the crazy Russian names, it's making me hard to tell the characters apart. *shrug* And "A Tale of Two Cities" for Academic Decathlon. I was afraid it'd be awful or a slog because the previous works I've read (and never finished...) of Dickens' were like that for me, but it's actually a fairly snappy read and it's helped in that I love the character of Sydney Carton. So I've been making good progress on that.
Ah, it is an empty movement. That is an empty movement. It is.

I LOVED those books! Just wanted to say that.
I'm currently reading North of Beautiful, by Justina Chen Headly, and I'm also reading The Bermudez Triangle, by Maureen Johnson. I love them both so far...

John McClane: Drop it. It's the police. Tony: You won't hurt me. John McClane: Oh, yeah? Why not? Tony: Because you're a policeman. There are rules for policemen. John McClane: Yeah. That's what my captain keeps telling me

Aaaah, Gone With the Wind was amazing. =D Right now I'm skimming through The 2009 Guide to Literary Agents. xD And I was bored last night, so I read my Horrible Histories, France edition.
