What are you reading at the moment?

OMG I read Rebecca in one day. It was sooooo good! Highly recommend it.

Oh, and still finishing Anna Karenina. It's so hard to get back into it when you've put it down for a month!

Bought one of my favourite books: The Snow Spider Trilogy -- Jenny Nimmo

I'm re-reading Half-Blood Prince again, and will start reading the Saga of Darren Shan for the first time after I'm finished. I only have four of those though, so then I will have to move on to the first book in the Demonata series, and then I will be back to nothing to read agin, until I buy more Darren Shan books when I have the money. Ah, I will be so confused

Thirteen Moons by Charles Fraizer, an amazing book so far.

I just finished Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk this morning. An amazing book, probably one of my favorites. *hugs book*

Yesterday I picked up a Civil War novel called "Widow of the South." It's very good so far.

I'm currently reading Diary of a Teenage Girl by Phoebe Gloeckner. Not really a traditional format, but an amazing book!

I finished The Lovely Bones, by Alice Sebold, last week. Actually, it kept me from doing quite a bit of schoolwork... But I highly recommend it. My mom told me it was "sad, but excellent" when she lent it to me, and though that's an accurate description, it doesn't really capture the essence of the book. I'd say more tragic rather than sad, maybe poignant (i.e. keenly distressing). It's somewhat disturbing too, and when you're not reading it you keep thinking about it. A really great read, though.

I'm almost finished with Becoming a Person of Influence, by John C. Maxwell and Jim Dornan.

I just finished 'Dragon Rider', by Corneilia Funke, and I've already read it, like 18 times! It's that good! And no matter how many times I read it, It never fails to suprise me with something new!!!

I'm reading Tithe, by Holly Black. My papy bought it in a libary-book selling thing. He didn't like to so I've claimed it.

Archer's Goon -- Diana Wynne Jones.

Oy, has she got the oddest mind for the peculiar twists of time and character.

Catch-22! Just started it for school, and I love it so far.

On Writing by Stephen King--I'm almost done, and it's been pretty good so far.

The World According To Garp by John Irving. It's pretty slow reading, but it's a good story so far.
