2024 NaPo Recap
I'm the type of person that loose-ends really bother me... so without further ado and about 600+ jam jars late, I'm posting the 2024 NaPo recap, yes even though it's 2026 now. For those that don't know, I got married in May of 2024 so I assume that is why I never got around to posting our NaPo recap - but I like looking at numbers and statistics so I can compare things from year to year... so yeah this is belated but we're going for it!
So, NaPo 2024 had a very fun Ice Cream Parlour Theme which included a pre-napo Ice Cream Sundae Challenge and a Neapolitan Challenge: Mini Games during April. It was a sweet month! @LadySpark guided us through the month with the Orchard newsletter and we enjoyed a community full of poetry!
This year we had 60 total NaPo threads, 58 participants, and 1053 poems written during April! And about 155 logged poetry comments as well! Spearmint took the cake for writing the most poems this year with 68 NaPo poems and AmayaStatham wrote the most comments with 45!
