Fusion High: Home of the Falcons

It’s Spirit Week and the Drumline is performing, rallying everyone up,
whipping up everyone’s spirits. Suddenly, without warning the lights
turn off and you hear a door slam. Someone screams. You see a singular
cloaked person in the middle of the gym. Their face is glowing and
says “Welcome to your death.” S/he signals to the people behind the
bleachers and they spring out eyes glowing. Just as they are about to
attack someone from the bleachers yell ,”Stop!” And figures dressed in
regular clothing step up. They stand at a distance, glaring at each other. A gust of wind comes from the stands and the figures leap at each other.A battle has begun.
What just happened?

You are in a regular high school called Fusion High. Some of you are strange, different than the rest. You escaped from a lab, hidden in a forest. The scientists injected DNA of animals in your blood and performed altering surgeries on your body. You might have bird DNA allowing you to fly or you can run as fast as a cheetah or climb like a monkey. But not all of you escaped with a good heart. A few of your number escaped with a vengeful, dark and twisted hearts.

This evil, mutated teenagers want to destroy Fusion High because they are anti-society and want to build their own nation with their idealisms. Starting with the school. In order to do that though they must destroy the school.
They like to attack at big gatherings and to the other good people individually or in groups. Sometimes they dress as normal students and attack, terrorize and kill at random.It’s up to the good students and mutants to make sure that the evil doesn’t succeed.

Some of the regular kids find out and help the good mutated kids hide their powers and help them with transportation and such. But there is one human who turns against the good humans and mutants and as a traitor, acts like a double agent. Until truth is revealed.

Lee has always been the shortest in her family at 5 feet 1 inch. She has short cropped chestnut colored hair that flows with the wind. Her eyes are the same shades as robin eggs and are bright and lively. She has freckles scattered across her face and a small dimple on the right side of her face. Her hands are small but she has long narrow fingers that she uses to play the piano with. She is mainly Caucasian but her grandfather is Korean and her eyes squint slightly because of his influence.

History (how were you captured before you became a mutant, what was your experience like and how did you escape from the lab, what made you good or evil)

One sunny day Lee had been playing out in the park with her two best friends Anna and Joyce. She was ten years old at the time and they were playing hide and go seek. Lee was it and was trying to find her friends. She caught a movement behind a big bush and thought it be one of her friends hiding. As soon as she ran up there and yelled, “Gotcha!” A man in a ski mask pressed a handkerchief to her mouth and she passed out instantly.

Lee woke up in a laboratory, sweating and shivering. She was strapped to a operating table with her arms connected to tubes. A man in a white coat stood over her and said, “Welcome, my pet to the Lab.” She passed out again after he said that. Lee had been in the Lab for 5 years and seen countless other children die or become horribly disfigured. She had Gazelle DNA grafted in her body, she was swift, light and alert. Her small heart twisted with pain and anger at seeing so many children tortured.

Lee had made friends with several other people and together they planned their escape. It was Lee who saw the opening, the door slightly cracked open, she signaled to the others and they ran out. They ran until they could no more and dropped with exhaustion near a big building. With further investigation they found out it was a high school. It was a perfect place to hide. After all the best place to hide a high schooler is in a high school with other high schoolers. Lee banded them together and they enrolled, hoping for a chance of peace and hoping to rescue more children like themselves.

Lee is vegan and will only eat non-animal products. Being part gazelle she can pick off plants from the ground and eat them at will. She is quiet around strangers but extremely talkiative around friends and family. Lee was the oldest child in her family and in her group of escaped mutants became the leader of her pack. She reads a lot when she has time and likes to paint her fingernails. Lee has a collection of feathers that she picks up from her walks. She also likes to run a lot and thanks to the scientists she can run fast and for a long time.

Talents/Flaws (at least 3 of each.)

One of her major flaws is being overprotective. She must make sure her friends are safe and is a little obsessed with making sure she knows where they are and if they’re ok, even if it’s at the risk of her own safety. Another flaw is her trusting nature. Some people say she trusts too much. Lastly, she acts without thinking, leading her to deadly situations. A talent of hers is being able to notice all of her surroundings and understanding what will happen a second before it does, a useful skill in battle. She can notice patterns and solve puzzles very easily. Lee is very organized and organized things for herself and her friends.

Appearance: Danny has closely cropped brown hair and sea deep green eyes. He stands at about 5'11'' and is of average weight for someone his age. He has an athletic but slim figure, and somewhat of a tan. He's always wearing his letterman's jacket and a pair of jeans, a white or grey t-shirt underneath. Danny has a small, finely designed tattoo of claw marks that wraps around his left wrist.

History: He was on his way home from the championship basketball game when he and his buddies were ambushed. He doesn't remember much of the trip there, but remembers waking up strapped to a metal table. His experience was horrible. All he took from it is an intense burning throughout his veins and the gain of incredible ability. After learning of his capabilities, he followed a few others on their escape, though the details never stuck with him. His nervous thoughts took the place of any memories he could have gained from that night. Afterwards, he split from both sides before discovering his true, bloodthirsty modification of himself. He decided he might as well be with a group during such instead of trying to contain himself like the others, giving into instinct.

Personality: Manipulative. He takes what he can and goes as far as he can with someone, leaving them afterwards. He's charming and sly, and is able to gain whatever social life he can to keep his other side hidden to unsuspecting victims or innocent humans. Danny has a split personality though. Who he is when he's in animal form is dark, conniving, and almost leader-like. Who he is when he's human is significantly lighter, but secretive and quiet, always seeming as if he's up to something.

Talents/Flaws: He's charming and manipulative, and is also fascinated by puzzles, which makes him constantly looking for a way out of things if the situation were to turn ugly. But he's cocky and often underestimates both the situation and the people involved, leaving him open and liable to mistakes. He also has a problem with patience, often jumping into things too early.

Name: Jessica Grayson

Age/Grade 14 turning 15 soon. freshmen

Good or Evil: Human.

Appearance: Tends to wear tight sweat's on hot days and tight jeans on cool days, she wear's a gray t-shirt with a leather black half jacket. Has dirty blond hair that goes down to her shoulder's with bang's. Sad blue eyes, and finally red nail polish.

History: She grew up a single child to only a mother, her father had disappeared right around the time her mother was pregenat with her. She grew up having only two friends that didn't go to the same high school as her, leaving her alone and vuranible. With this knowledge she feels she'll be alone all year. But theres a bright spot that hopes it'll be different.

Personality: Like mentioned in her history, without her friends shes become quiet and to herself a lot more. But she often reads in her past time sometimes between classes, she often prefer's series books that are long ones like 4oo to 500 pages long. Isn't very loyal, but will do what she thinks she needs to in order to gain a friendship and also becomes fairly chatty once someone starts chatting her up and sometimes flirty with boys or girls she likes.

Talents: Singing as if an angel sent by god, dancing (mainly suggestive ones) and very capable of lying.

Flaws: Has quiet temper, doesn't take no for an answer and can be talkive.

Lee Ramos

The day was clear and sunny without a cloud in the sky. Lee walked up and took a fresh air, "A new life." she thought. She looked down at her class schedule and at the school map, navigating her way to her first class. Everyone looked perfectly normal. But then again, didn't everone? She was alert for any danger that might threatern her or her group of friends. They were all seperate now, all finding their way to classes, planning to meet at lunch. Lee's first class was Chemistry room #233 with Mr. Maders. She heard he was a good teacher, but only time could tell that. She had picked a leaf from the tree outside and was absentmindedly chewing on it. That is until she saw someone staring at her intently. She blushed,looked away and stepped inside the classroom.

Danny Clarksen

Fresh meat, Danny thinks, scanning over the new faces in the crowd. His basketball buddies snicker to themselves off to the side, checking out a few of the new girls. His eyes set on this one girl heading into the building, who blushes and steps inside a classroom when she finds him staring at her. He commits the face to memory and glances around once more, searching for his prey of the day. Walking into a crowd of girls, he listens for a particular heartbeat and looks for a particular scent.

Then he sees her. She's sitting on the courtyard fountain, reading a thick book Danny could never imagine himself coming within ten feet of before this. Though he'd never admit it, his heart jumps forward at the sight of her and his mind clicks at the completion of his mental puzzle. Freshman, time to meet the King.

"Hey, pretty little thing," He sits beside her, "Welcome to my turf. How about a tour?"

Jessica Grayson

The first thing Jessica had expected to happen after being devastated by the fact her friends weren't going to the same school as she was, request a transfer to one of her friends school. But Jessica's parent's had convinced her to stay at least a week at Fusion High before transfering to her friends school. She planned on raising hell at the school just to see what the disaplinary action was at the school. So there she was sitting on the courtyard fountain reading her book as usual when she heard it almost as if music to her ears.

"Hey pretty little thing, welcome to my turf. How about a tour?" And before she knew it he was sitting right next to her.

Jessica couldn't help herself the guy next to her was the next best thing to a super model, she fell head over heels on sight.

"Umm, sure!" She exclaimed happily.

And before she knew it again she was walking with the guy who she didn't even know his name yet, and was still falling for him simply because of his looks.

Name: Addison Harlow

Animal Mutated: Tiger

Good or Evil: Unknown

Appearance: Addison had always been attractive even before she had been kidnapped. But before the experiments she had, had dark very curly mahogany colored hair with skin the color of light milk chocolate. She had been curvy and her heart shaped face had been gifted with dark brown eyes, a small button nose, dimples in both cheeks, and shiny teeth outlined by lips slightly smaller and pinker than Angelina Jolie's. Her face got the occasional pimple or two but other than that she was almost perfect.
After the experiments though her appearance changed for the better. The corners of her wide and innocent brown eyes turned upwards and went from dark ebony to a liquified golden. She suddenly went from curvy to toned and grew taller. Her teeth sharpened slightly to small canines and her adorably curly hair turned wavy and came down to the small of her back while the color turned black as night with natural golden highlights.And her skin turned into a more golden honey shade. She had literally went from adorable and perfect to sexy and exotic.

History (how were you captured before you became a mutant, what was your experience like and how did you escape from the lab, what made you good or evil) Addison had, had a perfect life before getting kidnapped. She lived with both parents in a nice suburban upper scale neighborhood. She was spoiled but didn't act it and was very mature for her age. Thats why at age 12 her mother had given her the responsibility of riding her bike down to the supermarket and back. When she got there she was approached by a nice man that asked if she wanted a puppy. Knowing about stranger danger she shot him a glare before turning her heel and attempting to walk away but he grabbed her and when he saw that she was about to scream knocked her out.
The next few years were just full of red. Her red blood being taken out. The red blood of the tiger being put in. And always the red curtain that shut everything out as they did test to test to test. Her next few years were just minutes to hours to days to weeks of thinking about death and revenge. She made one friend at the lab name Leah. Leah was a few years older then Addison but they still became friends rather easily. One day Janie told Adison that she knew a way out and to follow her and Addison never looked back. Since leaving the lab Addison and Leah became something like sisters and literally went almost everywhere together.
Since joining Fusion High Addison gained back her confidence, and positivity. But still in the back of her mind she never stopped thinking of the day she would get revenge.

Personality (elaborate please!moody, bubbly, sarcastic. What is their hobbies? Are they smart?) Addison is bubbly and optimistic but behind all of the positivity she has an almost alter ego thats conniving, sarcastic, and seeks revenge almost 24/7. the only person who knows about Addison's alter ego is Leah and her lips are sealed but Addison can feel it growing stronger and is afraid that one day it'll just take her over.She also loves track, reading, anything including being a girly girl, and absolutely loooves to make out.

Talents:
She's super charismatic and loves to be around people and is able to become friends with just about anybody

She can run super fast, has the strength of 4 men put together, has great eyesight and can see in the dark just as well as the night, and can hear thing from literally miles away

She has this hypnotic affect with her eyes that usually (accidentally) causes people to forget what they were saying

Flaws:

Her alter ego ruins a lot of things for her when it shows its ugly head

She has a tendency to (accidentally) hit first, ask questions later

She's a terrible liar

She's a sucker for mega hot guys

Addison Harlow

Addison sighs sadly as she looks at the cute little couple walking away from the courtyard. She feels an overwhelming sense of sadness at not having Leah with her. But having to watch this adorable couplet just walk around all lovey dovey is truly killing her. she turns from the window and enters the girls bathroom. In there a whole bunch of sophomore and junior girls shower her with praises that she nods dismally to. As she glances in the mirror she applies a fresh coat of cherry pink lip gloss then readjust her denim mini skirt and tight pink hollister shirt.
She loves the way she looks but she's literally dying inside without Leah. Or a boyfriend. Or any true friends. She pouts in the mirror then storms out of the bathroom her pink metallic pumps clicking as she walks. Suddenly she stops as she eyes the sexy guy that she caught in the courtyard with that new little freshman. Suddenly she feels an anger from some deep dark part of her emerge in her. She suddenly hates that little freshman girl that she saw hanging out with him. And she suddenly has to have this hot mystery guy thats obviously in another relationship.
She sways her hips as she approaches him and puts on her 100 watt smile. When she gets right in front of him she meets his sparkling green eyes with her own shining golden eyes. She extends her perfectly manicured hand at him and says

" Hi i'm Addison and you are my new crush" She says with a flirty twinkle in her eyes.

Name: Jónatan (J) Armando

Age/Grade 15/ Sophomore

Animal Mutated: Amur Leopard

Good or Evil: Good

Appearance

J is an average height but you can always identify him by his pitch black hair and Krystal blue eyes. His face is so pale it seems ice cold. Most often wears a black t-shirt, blue jeans and aqua blue converse sneakers. He has a infinity times infinity tattoo on his wrist, which he got without permission.

History
When J was 13 he always walked home from school, most often he was accompanied by his friend Tyler but one day Tyler was sick. That day he was snatched out of the street and into a black van.

He thought of that lab as Hell on earth, the pain, fear and sorrow made it that way. An Amur Leopard was the animal they were going to turn him into. But before they succeeded he along with a couple of others escaped.

The people that helped him made it easier to hold on too the little part of him that stayed good and pure. The lab made a common High School seem like home.

Personality

He is sarcastic and will defend those who are closest to him. He's an artist, what ever the art is he can and will do it. His ultimate favorite's are writing, painting, drawing and music. He is a very unpredictable person, at one moment he could be fine and normal but then he could be falling apart.

Talents/Flaws

His biggest flaw is trust, but that is also a talent. His mood swings are a big problem and his mind often gets tangled, which makes him unable to think straight. He is really loyal and kind but his biggest strength is that he is awfully convincing. He can make people do whatever he wants.

Name: Konnor Pluto

Appearance (no picture please, use your descriptive powers) Can whistle so loud that it'll blow your eardrums. Metamorphosis (Described in History.) He can fly for a very long time, As long as he is a bird he can fly. Very Good Hearing. He can now here you very clearly if you're a cross the room from him and you whisper. He has Dirty Blonde hair, But he cut it very short after the Mutation. (It was long enough to where he couldn't very well. Which is one the reasons he got captured.) He is about 5'10” Feet tall.

History (how were you captured before you became a mutant, what was your experience like and how did you escape from the lab, what made you good or evil) The Doctor/Mad Scientist found him in the woods and shot him in the leg, so that he couldn't run. When he was in the lab, he was given a lot of shots one of them (The only one that worked on him) was Cedar Waxwing Blood. Making him able to turn into a bird.Or any body part he wanted on him. Such as his arm turning into a wing making him able to fly. Note: There are some flaws to his metamorphoses. (In flaws.) He whistled very loudly after he got the Cedar Waxwing shot. (As a bird.) Which hurt there ears very badly. Luckily A window was open Because it was very cold in the lab (due to experiments with Frozen Carbon Dioxide) and was very hot outside. So he flew out the window, to Freedom.

Personality (elaborate please!moody, bubbly, sarcastic. What is their hobbies? Are they smart?) Sarcastic if you ask him a stupid question. He is Pretty smart. Ask him about something in science and you're stuck with him almost insulting you and explaining all about it. Science is his only hobby even after the mutation.

Talents/Flaws ( at least 3 of each) Talents: After The mutation. He can whistle very well and loudly. Flying (Mutation) He can now fly over mountains and fly to school. Very good hearing. He can now here you very clearly if you're a cross the room from him and whisper. Metamorphosis. (Explained in history) Flaws: Good Hearing: If you yell it will hurt his ears. Flying: When flying he accidentally opens his mouth and swallows a fly. Metamorphosis: If he gives himself a bird body his head will tip to the side.

Konnor
Konnor was walking down one of the Halls leading to the Courtyard and he saw one of the other mutants walking towards him with a girl. The girl was human, he just knew she was human. He realized that the mutant that The Girl was with was evil. "He's going to eat her!" He thought to himself. He turned around to stop him but they were gone. He ran out to the court yard and ran into a girl knocking her over. "Sorry. I'm so sorry." He said forgetting about the other mutant. He realized she was a mutant too. She was new to Fusion High too. She was wearing a bus badge, It had her name on it. Her name was Lee Ramos.

Lee Ramos

"Ahh young love," Lee thought as she saw a pack of girls hovering over one guy. Class had been ok except for the part where a skinny boy with glasses spilled his lunch all over her lap. Yuck. As she was replaying this incident in her mind she bumped into Konnor. "Hey!" she exclaimed. She dropped her voice to a whisper. "I haven't seen you since the lab.How have you been holding up?" Lee glanced around. Suddenly the school didn't seem so safe anymore. She gestured him to follow her to go to the lunch line, where it would be so loud that no one could overhear them.

Danny

The girl jumps up and agrees to Danny excitedly and he can't help but smirk. She'd fallen right into his hands, just what he wanted. As they're walking to the door, another girl in pink sways towards him and smiles with shining gold eyes. She extends a hand to him and introduces herself.

"Hi, I'm Addison and you are my new crush," she says with a twinkle in her eyes.

Danny studies her before looking back at the freshman and shaking Addison's hand.

"Danny," he introduces, "I'm afraid I already have my eyes set on someone else. I do apologize though. Hope to see you around."

With that, Danny takes the freshman's hand and leads her into the building, cocky after hearing such a girl liked him. The freshman quietly introduces herself as Jessica and can't stop looking at their entwined hands. Danny smiles to himself and leads her through the hallways until separating after first bell. He promises to catch up with her later and hurries to join up with his basketball crew, who already have upperclassmen girls clinging to their arms. As Danny passed through the day, he couldn't help but think how well this year would play out. Now, he just has to raise hell.
