I'm preparing or the PSAT next fall and will probably take the SAT next spring. Should I buy review books for both tests or just the SAT? I am hoping to apply for National Merit Scholarship so that's why I'm concerned about which review books to get.

I'd personally get a hold of all the review books I possibly could; the more, the better since you'll get more practice and review of the tested materials. Libraries tend to carry copies, so you might want to check if your local library has a them before buying.
