Okay, I posted this question on the Grammar & Research forum already, but I'm new, and I think that's the wrong forum, but I don't know how to delete it...
Anyway, I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm writing an essay, and I have the sentence, "Therefore, by establishing witchcraft as [a] heresy...". Do I need the [a], or is it correct to say "by establishing witchcraft as heresy..."?
