In the included picture, I was wondering: What's the blue thingy called? I don't think it's an apron, because it's the same way in the back. And I can't really describe what my character wears if I don't know what the thing is. So can someone help me? There's a front and back picture. If this question has been asked before, I apologize.

I think it's tied in the sides by string, or maybe you'd wear a belt.

That would be a supertunic. A hole cut for the head, sides unsewn, belted at the waist.
