I am writing a story set on the Almohad caphiliate in Medieval Spain (the Muslim part of it). Unfortunately I discovered the civilisation through a video game (:oops:) and so I don't know much about the people, religion, rich and poor etc. etc. Could somebody please help me with some links as to where to find any information about this?

One quick thing for me to point out: Under the Muslim Caliphaate in Spain the Jews of Spain (Sefardic) were well treated and held high positions in government until the Catholics took over.
