Appearance: crimson red hair
Role: Hero
Magic: Rose can bond up to two weapons at a time. What this means is she can throw the weapons and warp to their location. (May or may not work with bullets/arrows, up to you.)
Personality: Fiery personality. Sarcasm and insults are like compliments from her.

Outlanders: After the apocalypse, cities could only handle so much, so they rejected those they didn't like. These became known as the Outlanders (may be changed to Exiles). The Outlanders manage to survive in the harsh wasteland of the post-apocalyptic world. The cities have very strict defenses, so they can't just get in, or sneak in. I'm also thinking there could be a few main cities in the world. Basically the last refuges of mankind after the apocalypse. Los Angeles would obviously be one. The others could be up to you.
Hmmm we could try to incorporate something similar in the story, but this is supposed to be more like a near-future rp, so not TOO crazy if you know what I mean. But the exiled people is a pretty good idea. I'm just a little unsure about an apocolypse
