As the title states. Because, if we can rate each other's usernames, avis, and sigs, we should be able to rate each other's custom titles, as well.

For those of you who may not be aware, I refer to the subtext below your username, which you are able to edit once you reach 250 posts. For example, if you look at my information, you will see that my custom title is currently "Thinkpol."
