some work places prefer you to have natural hair colours, minimal peircings and tattoos. Entirely reasonable depending on the industry. My partner's employer is pretty chill about all of these things, so if i go into his workplace, you'll see people with rainbow hair and tattoos and multiple peircings.
Unfortunately, if I went into a different workplace, they might not like those things, so their employees would have natural hair and less peircings or tattoos.
it's a workplace thing; each one has different standards of dress code.

Yep! I think it depends on which red you go for haha like a natural red-head look should be fine, just not flaming red xD

lol, i go for a darker red, but still natural-ish.
but yeah, when ur out shopping next, take note of how the employees look from one store to the other and you'll see that some care less about hair colours/tattoo/etc than others.

Mostly they are female, have black hair and were in a variety of ways. Neat braids, buns or ponytails. They are all in similar uniforms and most do not put on makeup. Rarely do I see blonde highlights mixed in with the black hair.
My tattoo has definitely made things more complicated lol I bought a suit jacket explicitly for interviews to cover it haha

valid haha mine is on my left forearm but I intentionally placed it high enough it'd be easy to cover.
