I got up from my computer. Only an hour until the second episode of the seventh season of Dexter premiered! Dexter had gone downhill in quality, but I still enjoyed watching. Perhaps this seventh season would be better than the 5th and 6th, who knew. Anyway, there were only 59 minutes, and I still had to grab Taco Bell.
I speed-walked down the street.
I speed-walked more.
I continued until I reached Taco Bell.
I saw a sign on the door. "Closing at 9:00 PM on Sunday, Oct. 7th."
Whoa! I thought. Good thing I didn't decide to come later tonight!
I got two Doritos Locos Taco Supremes with beans, and a 7-Layer Burrito. Yum!
I jogged back home.
I reached home. I ate one of the tacos, and gave the other to my brother, which rhymed.
I looked at the clock. It was 8:50! Dexter would be premiering soon. I went upstairs, got on the computer.
Whoa! The peeps had only made four sweet sweet posts on The Lounge [15] while I was away at Taco Bell! Perhaps there was hope for humanity after all. I typed this post up real fast. I looked at my computer clock. It read 8:55:46 PM. I'd better go downstairs, Dexter is about to start.
At 8:56:09, I pressed Submit.
