May I ask... Is there a difference between Naruto and Naruto Shippuden?

I love playing video games!! ^u^
And, Naruto is the begining, when he was like 12~13
and Naruto Shippuden is about 3 years later when he's 16 ^u^
You can watch Shippuden without watching Naruto first, like I did by accident ^^'' but I strongly suggest you start with Naruto ^u^ You'll get Shippuden better ^^
I also suggest you read it instead of watch it if you can ^^'' The Anime has a bunch of stupid filler episodes that suck XP

I like the anime better... Manga looked weird to me.
